This course has been designed to give you a change to relax and become more mindful during your hectic week.
Following a different theme each week I will guide you through a guided relaxation to help you become more present in your body, more mindful of each moment and have more clarity in your thoughts.
The class runs for 5 weeks with 2 sessions per week and you can decide to attend one or both and come online or in person.
If you come in person please bring a blanket and a cushion so you can fully relax.
The class will run on Wednesday and Friday at 12.15 – 12.45.
