One to One Training is a great way to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.
Working on a one to one basis is beneficial if you have pain, tension or joint restriction so we can find exercises and stretches for your problem. We can suggest changes and improvements to your posture and lifestyle to ease your pain and help you move more freely.
We will work with you, individually or in pairs, to identify your needs and create a personal fitness plan that will get results. Sessions can be offered in person or on-line.
With a variety of different options we can offer weekly, fortnightly, monthly session to suit your schedule and keep you on track with your goals. One to one is a perfect opportunity to assess your specific technique, muscle weaknesses and create a bespoke program for you. Some people then go on to join a group class or do a combination of the two.
